President & CEO- Paul Shenfield

Paul Shenfield, President of AFI Investment Group, brings to the table a wide variety of skills and experience from early on in his professional career. He has a combined 25 years experience in Real Estate Development, Commercial Advertising, and the Financial Services sector. Additionally, Paul has conducted dozens of conventions and motivational seminars, mainly in the financial services field.

Over the last 10 years, Paul has directly worked with, been head hunted for and/or facilitated acquisitions of various projects including a Residential tower in Fort McMurray, Inner City Condominiums in Calgary, Land Development in Calgary and the surrounding Elbow Valley subdivision, Mixed Use Towers of Office, Residential & Retail in the Inner City of Calgary, Residential Condominium Villas in Camrose, Industrial Condominiums in the Foothills Industrial Park of Calgary, and a large auto-related retail strip mall with a free standing building in the Douglasdale area of Calgary.

VP Operations – Cheryl Shenfield

Cheryl Shenfield, VP of Operations for AFI Investment Group, has over ten years of experience in the administration, real estate development and marketing field. As a Marketing Director for a large International Firm specializing in Retirement Living, she has been responsible for all client liaisons, company outreach events, and managing and delegating large advertising budgets. Cheryl has been responsible for the development of business plans for past projects inclusive of market research and financial reporting, as well as comprehensive marketing plans, resulting in the acquisition of multi-million dollar investor and banking financing placements. She has been responsible for managing medium to large multi-million dollar operating budgets, as well as aiding in all areas of the real estate development process.
